Your Controller Orb login is separate from your eBay login. Account connections use eBay’s own authorisation process; Controller Orb does not ask you to give it your eBay password.
Initial account collection can take time. Review the saved information and any sync errors before choosing an action. Viewing your workspace does not use action credits.
- Register your customer account
Use your email address and a password on the registration page. Your welcome credits are added automatically on successful registration.
- Connect your first eBay account
Follow the eBay connection flow and approve access to the account you intend to use.
- Add your other accounts
Repeat the connection process for each account you are authorised to manage. Check the account names in your workspace.
- Choose a small first task
For copying, select a small group of listings, review the destination policies and check the results before copying more.
