These prices are per completed item or action. A bulk selection can use multiple credits. Read-only views do not use action credits.

Can I use Controller Orb with more than one eBay account?
Yes. Controller Orb is built to bring multiple authorised eBay accounts into your customer workspace. Each connected account must belong to you or be one you are authorised to manage.
How do I copy listings from one account to multiple accounts?
Select listings from one source account, choose a destination and review its policies. Create the copies, then repeat for other connected destinations. The current workflow takes one destination per submission. Copying retains the originals; transferring stock off the source account requires a separate end-listing action after you verify the copies.
Does it stop the same item being sold twice?
Duplicate and cross-reference tools help you review potential matches across accounts after a sale. They do not guarantee that every duplicate or sale will be detected immediately. Account refresh timing and your own review remain important.
Can I publish an AI-generated listing without checking it?
No. AI can help identify products and prepare drafts, but you must check the title, product identifiers, condition, description and any compatibility claims before publishing.
Do I need to give Controller Orb my eBay password?
No. The account connection uses eBay’s authorisation process. Your Controller Orb login is separate from your eBay login.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. New accounts receive 50 free welcome credits once. You can buy prepaid credits when you need them, with no monthly subscription or automatic recharge.
